Established on July 8, 2010, the center’s primary mission is to provide comprehensive medical services, including diagnosis, treatment, and surgery for nasal and sinus-related conditions. Special emphasis is placed on endoscopic surgery, a modern and highly effective treatment method that minimizes side effects compared to external surgical procedures.

The Endoscopic Nasal and Sinus Surgery Excellence Center, King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital is under the Department of Otolaryngology, Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University.

The Endoscopic Nasal and Sinus Surgery Excellence Center, King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital provides a comprehensive service about nasal and sinus treatment including allergic inflammation, inflammation from an infection, structural abnormalities and tumors with endoscopy. The laboratory, computer tomography by cone beam system and medical treatment including the surgery at neighboring areas of nasal and sinus diseases are provided.
The examples of using endoscopy in surgery are :
- Sinus surgery, including inflammation, rhinitis and tumors.
- Down-sizing surgery of the bones in the nose to solve a stuffy nose.
- Corrective surgery of a crooked nose bridge.
- Corrective surgery of the lower lacrimal duct disease.
- Eye surgery to fix bulging eyes in bulging goitre.
- Eye Surgery to reduce optic nerve pressure.
- Nasal Surgery to tie blood vessels in posterior nosebleed disease.
- Nasal surgery to repair the leak between the nose-sinus and the anterior cerebral base.
- Surgery of the pituitary gland.
It is also the transfer center for patients with nasal and sinus diseases for endoscopic surgery.
