Annual Health Examination Program.

A health check-up is a procedure that doctors perform to help diagnose diseases, assess the body’s overall condition, and detect abnormalities before they progress into chronic conditions that show symptoms. This allows for timely treatment. It involves gathering patient history, such as current and past illnesses, family medical history, menstrual history, pregnancy, childbirth, and medication use, including any allergies to drugs, food, or other substances. The results from the physical examination are always recorded in the medical records. This information is not only vital for diagnosing diseases but also for distinguishing between different conditions. Moreover, it helps assess treatment methods, track treatment progress, and evaluate the patient’s overall health, ensuring appropriate care and reducing problems that may lead to both health and financial losses.
