To manage the physical systems and support the primary operations of the hospital with high quality, standards, efficiency, risk-free conditions, and long-term sustainability.
Support Activities
- Develop building management plans and annual budget plans.
- Ensure that buildings are fully operational, including engineering systems, cleanliness, facility services (e.g., on-call rooms, meeting rooms), and security.
- Manage building safety, including risk identification, risk analysis, and risk management. Prepare emergency plans and conduct emergency drills in coordination with building units.
- Oversee the efficient, safe, and environmentally friendly use of resources within the buildings.
- Supervise, monitor, and evaluate the performance of contracted service companies to ensure compliance with contracts and work standards.
- Coordinate with various departments and perform assigned tasks.
