To manage the physical systems and support the primary operations of the hospital with high quality, standards, efficiency, risk-free conditions, and long-term sustainability.

Obligation

Manage the Hospital’s physical space system and support the Hospital’s key operations to ensure that they meet the quality, efficiency, risk-free, and long-term sustainability standards.

Duties and responsibilities

Formulate building management plans and annual budgets.
Manage building maintenance and building readiness services which include maintenance of the building’s engineering system, hygiene, physical services (on-duty staff rooms, meeting rooms) and security system.
Manage building safety, identify potential risks, conduct risk analysis and management, prepare emergency plans and organize emergency drills for the work units in each building.
Manage building resources for appropriate, safe, effective, and environmental-friendly utilization.
Regulate, monitor, and evaluate subcontractor performance for compliance with the contract conditions and work standards.
Collaborate with other work units for compliance with and fulfilment of its assigned tasks.
