Obligation
Manage the Hospital’s physical space system and support the Hospital’s key operations to ensure that they meet the quality, efficiency, risk-free, and long-term sustainability standards.
Duties and responsibilities
- Formulate building management plans and annual budgets.
- Manage building maintenance and building readiness services which include maintenance of the building’s engineering system, hygiene, physical services (on-duty staff rooms, meeting rooms) and security system.
- Manage building safety, identify potential risks, conduct risk analysis and management, prepare emergency plans and organize emergency drills for the work units in each building.
- Manage building resources for appropriate, safe, effective, and environmental-friendly utilization.
- Regulate, monitor, and evaluate subcontractor performance for compliance with the contract conditions and work standards.
- Collaborate with other work units for compliance with and fulfilment of its assigned tasks.
