โรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ สภากาชาดไทย ร่วมมือกับ บมจ.ธนาคารกสิกรไทย และ บมจ.เมืองไทยประกันชีวิต เปิดโครงการ CHULA CARE พัฒนาเทคโนโลยีสนับสนุนงานบริการทางการแพทย์ที่ทันสมัย ช่วยยกระดับการให้บริการผู้ป่วย ญาติผู้ป่วย และบุคลากรของโรงพยาบาล

โรคไข้เลือดออกเป็นปัญหาทางสาธารณสุขที่สำคัญของประเทศไทย ต้องอาศัยการวินิจฉัยที่ถูกต้องและรวดเร็ว เฝ้าระวังผู้ป่วยอย่างใกล้ชิดและให้การรักษาอย่างเหมาะสม โรคนี้พบบ่อยในฤดูฝน เกิดจากการติดเชื้อไวรัสเดงกีซึ่งมี 4 ชนิดและมียุงลายเป็นพาหะนำโรค ผู้ป่วยส่วนใหญ่เป็นเด็กโต วัยรุ่น และผู้ใหญ่อายุน้อย
