- Personal medication that is regularly taken.
- Patients going into surgery and are taking medication to dissolve blood clots must stop taking them 7 days before being admitted to the hospital.
- Preparing patient identification including (but not limited to) a birth certificate (for children under 7 years old), civil servant ID card for monks, a passport, a referral/transfer forms from your organization (state enterprise, a private organization), treatment forms from your health insurance (including 30 baht), and social security insurance passed on from other hospitals.
- Preparing personal items (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, hair shampoo, comb)
- Arrange outfits for when the patient is discharged from the hospital.
- Patients that do not have any relatives around are still eligible for treatment.
- Foreign patients being hospitalized and are being treated for a long period of time, Chulalongkorn Hospital will help coordinate with the Department of Consular Affairs later.
