There are two initial appointment channels:

• Appointment by the attending physician
• Appointment through the Call Center of the Special Clinic Office by calling 02-256-5193
  Monday to Friday, calls can be made from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
  Saturday and Sunday, calls can be made from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Treatment Eligibility

• Cash
• Direct billing for government officials with the Comptroller General’s Department, Aor Bor Tor
• Credit

Instructions for receiving treatment

• Patients with an appointment should arrive 20 minutes before the scheduled time.
• If X-ray is required, arrive 1 hour before the appointment.
• If blood tests are required, arrive 2 hours before the appointment.

Patient Drop-off and Parking

• Private vehicles can park in front of the Nawattabhiban Building (13 parking spaces).
• You can drop off patients and then park at the Faculty of Political Science, Chulalongkorn University (across from the Nawatboribarn Building). *Parking fees are the same as those in front of the Nawatboribarn Building.
• Valet parking service is available Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM, at the following locations:
  — In front of Por Bhor Ror Building, Ground Floor
  — Nawatboribarn Building, 1st Floor
• Shuttle van service is available Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
