The Support Division for the Center of Excellence and Research was established on September 19, 2016, following the resolution of the Chulalongkorn Hospital Executive Committee under the Thai Red Cross Society. The purpose of this division is to provide support, management, and guidance to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Chulalongkorn Hospital’s Center of Excellence in Medicine. The division aims to integrate these efforts into practical use and to align them with advancements in medical science and technology to achieve the set goals.
Vision
To establish a support, assistance, and coordination system that enables the Chulalongkorn Hospital’s Center of Excellence in Medicine to operate smoothly and efficiently, while also improving the hospital’s research management system for greater effectiveness.
Mission
It consists of four task groups: the Integrated Center of Excellence Development Group, the Research and Innovation Management Group, the Digital Sandbox for Research and Innovation Group, and the General Administration Group.

- Developing the Center of Excellence in Medicine: Providing services for the establishment of the center and monitoring its operational outcomes.
- Managing the research approval system and project tracking: Overseeing research and innovation management, and promoting the practical application of research and innovations.
- Developing the Digital Sandbox system for research and innovation: Establishing a foundational data system for use in medical and research applications.
