Basic Cost Analysis Tasks

  1. Service costs, DRG (Diagnosis-Related Group)
  2. Forecasting and analyzing other costs to support management operations
  3. Developing the use of data from the Data Hub

Medical Technology Assessment Tasks

  1. Cost, break-even point, and payback period for medical equipment and services
  2. Cost analysis for setting service rates
  3. Establishing a database

Research and Evaluation Tasks

  1. Cost-effectiveness of purchased medical equipment
  2. Actual usage of purchased medical equipment
  3. Cost, effectiveness/quality of service systems
  4. Finance and budgeting in the Universal Health Coverage system
  5. Research on efficiency in the healthcare system

The operations of the Information and Cost Center are managed by the Center Director, Dr. Wasin Laohavinich.
