Obligation

Manage King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital’s corporate strategies and indicators.
Manage projects that have been set up under the key strategies of King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital to fulfill the Hospital’s objectives.

Support Activities

Analyze industrial trends, determine strategies as well as short-term and long-term operating plans.
Analyze and prepare the Hospital’s strategic plans in association with the Faculty of Medicine and the Thai Red Cross Society.
Support the transfer of strategic plans and their indicators to work units in compliance with the performance evaluation system.
Support, steer, monitor the execution of operating plans and their indicators as prescribed by the corporate strategies.
Evaluate, monitor, and analyze the performance outcome of the operating plans, strategic projects, indicators and resource allocation.
Report the performance and outcomes of the strategic plans.
